Sara Al Wahaibi

Ms. Sarah is qualified to appear before the Primary and Appeal Courts in the Sultanate of Oman. She takes on matters including labor & employment, commercial, civil and criminal.

She is specialized in analysis of legal matters and handles all preparation of memorandum for the claims with keen knowledge and competence. She is specialized in client representation with excellent practice in both primary and appeal courts in Oman.

She takes active part in studying the case of the client and determines which law is applicable to the case in question. Also involves in evaluating the nature and applications of the law in context of the case and communicating it to the client with relevant facts & evidences that will help make the case stronger.

She plays an important role in advising the clients on maintaining confidentiality and protecting vital information that may jeopardize the chances of winning the case

Upon graduating, she accumulated her skills through various local law firms including family law like divorce and inheritance cases. Not only that but also, the excellent of defending suits in courts.
