Razan Al Shaqsi

Ms. Razan is qualified to appear before the Primary Courts in the Sultanate of Oman. She is equipped with skills to handle research and preparation of the case memorandums.

She is covered with the expertise of memorandum preparation, research, documentation of legal paperwork including legal notice, legal claims and contracts. Handling different cases including commercial, civil, cyber law, labor disputes are amongst the capabilities she possesses.

She has done research works and done a case study on the issues of hate speech policy that focuses on the evaluation of effectiveness in tackling a hate speech across media and non-media platforms in modern world.

She also has the ability to review and revise legal tender contracts.

She was an intern in the Primary court and acquired skills like case registration, defense skills, negotiations and settlements. Moreover, she was also an intern in the Council of Administrative Affairs for the Judiciary and had been reviewing the ministerial legal decisions.
