Mr. Tamer Taher

Mr. Tamer is specialized in advocacy and advisory work in relation to civil, commercial and criminal matters in Oman. He specializes in the area of land matters, land lord-tenant issues, contractual disputes and banking matters.

He assists our litigation and dispute resolution team to conduct the legal research and preparing the pleadings for the courts. He has expertise in providing consultations, opinions and legal services to companies, written or verbal and response to their enquiries and also helps to prepare the company statutes.

He has experience in reviewing, preparation and drafting all types of contracts, preparing submissions, pleadings, objections and necessary defense pleas regarding to laws i.e. civil, criminal labor, rentals, commercial and investment.

He is well versed with the finance sector rules & regulations across fields of acquisition, transportation, syndicated lending, Islamic finance policies, trade and much more.

Adhering to the government’s infrastructure & diversification strategy, he has assisted & advised banking corporations in their amalgamation, acquisition, reorganizing and restructuring process and also represented several institutions in their loan recovery litigations in the Sultanate of Oman.
